CheckSite is a comprehensive website monitoring platform that automatically tracks changes on web pages and delivers intelligent notifications. Our service includes:

• Automated website change detection and monitoring
• Multi-channel notifications (Email, Slack, Discord, Webhooks)
• AI-powered change summaries using Google Gemini (Pro/Max tiers)
• Customizable monitoring frequencies based on subscription tier
• Advanced monitoring prompts for targeted content tracking (Max tier)
• Dashboard and analytics tools
• API access for integration with third-party systems

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Service Tiers

We offer three service tiers: Free (2 monitors, daily checks), Pro ($9.99/month, 50 monitors, hourly+ checks), and Max ($49.99/month, unlimited monitors, 5-minute+ checks with AI summaries). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor Polar.sh.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due in advance for subscription periods
• All payments are processed securely through Polar.sh
• We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension or downgrade to Free tier
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy and applicable law
• Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service to:

• Monitor websites without proper authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our Service
• Use our Service for competitive intelligence that violates others' terms of service
• Monitor content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Overload our systems with excessive requests

6. Service Limitations

Monitoring Frequency

Monitoring frequency depends on your subscription plan. We make reasonable efforts to check websites according to the specified intervals but cannot guarantee exact timing.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
