  5. Click "Create Monitor"

💡 Pro Tip

Start with a website that changes frequently (like a blog or news site) to see CheckSite in action quickly. You can also add monitors quickly using the CheckSite browser extension.

Step 3: Understanding Check Frequencies

CheckSite offers different monitoring frequencies based on your plan:

  • Free Plan: Daily checks (every 24 hours) - 3 monitors
  • Pro Plan: Every hour, 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, or daily - 20 monitors

You can adjust the frequency for each monitor in its settings page.

Step 4: Set Up Notifications

By default, you'll receive email notifications when changes are detected. You can:

  • Toggle email notifications on/off for each monitor
  • Add Telegram, Slack, Discord, or Teams notifications (Pro plan)
  • Set up webhook notifications for custom integrations (Pro plan)

Step 5: Monitor Your First Change

Once your monitor is active, CheckSite will check your website according to the frequency you've set. When a change is detected, you'll receive a notification with:
